Haleem is a traditional bhora dish which includes rice wheat, pulses and Mutton.An amalgamation of all this along with spices makes this a supe rich dish.
Do try this recipe
1.
Soak the wheat grains overnight.Morning transfer them into a pressure cooker and add water and boil till 2 whistles.Set aside

Soak all the days along with rice and soak for 2 hours.Pressure cook with 2 cups water till 2 whistles.Setaside

Take the mutton pieces add them to the pressure cooker. Add gg paste,salt ,dhania pwder,chopped onion and 4 cups water.Boip till Mutton is cooked well done.till 6 whistles.set aside

In a separate pan heat oil and add the chopped garlic.once the garlic turns golden add the fennel pwder,ginger pwdr, red chilli pwder and fry the spices

Now add the boiled Mutton,the boiled wheat, the boiled lentils

Adjust the salt and spices

Cook on slow flame for 30 to 45 minutes

Transfer the Haleem to your serving dish and serve sprinkled with fried onions and fresh Mint leaves.
9.
Sprinkle garam masala pwder just before serving
