Makhmali-Begum Murgh,this is my own recipe.. I love to do experiment always , with all types of food. Today i have tried to give new flavour to the chicken.

Ingredients For Makhmali-Begum Murgh recipe

Methods
  • 1. Marinate Chicken with curd, garam masala, kashmiri powder, tikhala powder.
  • 2. Heat the Pan, add butter and add the bay leaves,whole garam masala, and chopped onions.
  • 3. Now add ginger and garlic paste, and tomato puree and fry it till oil comes out,then add the marinated chicken and cooked well.
  • 4. Once half cooked,add salt.. keep stirring.. (Be careful do not overcook )
  • 5. When its almost done , just before 5 minutes add sugar, kewra water, gulab water and kaju-almonds paste..And cover with lid and cook it for few minutes with low flame.
  • 6. Now garnish with few almonds flakes and coriander leaves.
