Methods
  • 1. Prepare the mise place.
  • 2. Take out the egg yolks carefully.
  • 3. Add the egg yolk in separate bartan.
  • 4. Grab a whisker and start whisking the yolk,
  • 5. After whisking constantly start adding oil drop by drop.
  • 6. You dont have to whisk to fast or too slow otherwise it can be curdled.
  • 7. Add oil slowly .add 100 ml of oil on. 1 yolk.
  • 8. After the oil is finished add some Salt to taste.
  • 9. You will get a thick consistency.
  • 10. Keep in fridge to cool or serve well.
