Nova Ghee Roast Keema Baklava Disc Recipe

Ghee roast is a south indian traditional recipe, it's very easy, tasty and yummlicious dish, so I made this recipe with Nova Shudh Desi ghee which inhance it's taste and flavours are so awesome when I roast my recipe with Nova ghee, but I present my recipe with different ways and everyone likes my presentation and enjoy my recipe so much. So today I share my recipe in this platform to spread the taste and aroma of this recipe.. Enjoy it..

Ingredients For Nova Ghee Roast Keema Baklava Disc Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For Marinate the chicken, Take the chicken mince in a bowl add all marinate masala mix well with hand nicely and let it sit for 1 hour
  • 2. To make masala paste, Heat a pan add all dry spices except (garlic and tamarind pulp water) and roast till pleasant aroma and let it cool
  • 3. Transfer the roasted ingredients in mixer jar and, add tamarind water and garlic cloves and add little water, grind this and make fine paste
  • 4. For making Ghee Roast, Take a wide pan, add Nova Shudh Desi ghee and marinated chicken mince stir it on high flame
  • 5. Once the sauce reduced add ground masala paste and stir Add more Nova ghee and cook masala for 3 to 5 mins
  • 6. Once ghee start the separating add jaggery powder and saute Add salt and curry leaves and cook until masala thicken
  • 7. To make Baklava disc, Take egg, salt, baking powder, curd, vinegar and Nova Sudha desi ghee in a mixing bowl, mix well till all combine nicely
  • 8. Now add flour and mix till dough formed knead this for few minutes, the dough should be soft and smooth
  • 9. Divide the dough in equal size pieces and shape into a ball Covered the balls and rest for 15 minutes
  • 10. In other bowl take remaining 3 tbsp Nova desi ghee and 3 tbsp all purpose flour, mix well and prepare a paste of this
  • 11. Now take a ball of prepared dough, cover with corn starch and roll out till very thin, use a generous amount of starch
  • 12. Place the rolled dough aside and repeat with rest the of balls, and place the rolled dough one upon one and sprinkle some corn starch between each layer
  • 13. When all done roll out the stacked layers, and sprinkle more starch between the layers, continue roll till the dough become very thin
  • 14. Now take a thin rolled sheet carefully, grease the ghee and flour paste in whole sheet, place some prepare Ghee roast Keema and rolled it and give the shape like a disc, prepare all the disc like this
  • 15. Whisked egg in a bowl, add some milk and cooked Keema masala oil and brush this masala over the sides walls of the disc.
  • 16. Arrange all the disc in lined baking dish and bake this in preheated oven at 180* for 25 to 30 mins or till cook.
  • 17. Now serve hot for more taste.
