Methods
  • 1. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half length wise remove the egg yolk and pass it through the sieve or grater.
  • 2. Saute the chopped onion, mushrooms and parsley in butter and mix the egg yolks with them.
  • 3. Season it, place the mixture back in cavity of egg white either by piping bag or by spoon.
  • 4. Place it in a pie dish or a baking dish. Coat it with mornay sauce, sprinkle the surface with grated cheese.
  • 5. Gratinate it in the salamander. Garnish it with chopped parsley. Decorate it with tomato flowers.
