Ingredients For Roasted whole chicken recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash whole chicken and pat dry. Scantly cut theigh and breast.In a bowl add lime juice, Ginger garlic paste, paprika, red chilly powder, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder ,garam masala powder and salt, mix well.
  • 2. Now marinate chicken with prepared marinade ,applying cuts from thighs, breast and whole part of chicken. Let it rest for 2 hours.
  • 3. Two hours later, put chicken in greased tray and bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven.
  • 4. After 15 minutes, let the chicken out from oven tray and fry with 2 tbsp butter till both sides crisp.
  • 5. Serve with onion rings, tomato roundels, boiled eggs and fried chillies.
