Soak the soya granules in warm water for 3-4 minutes. Blanch the peas.

Prepare a mixture of soaked soya granules, egg, chopped onion, blanched peas, salt and pepper powder.

Place the hollow bread pieces in a pan heated with butter. Place a slice of tomato in the hollow and pour the mixture and add grated cheese, cover with the remaining piece and lightly fry the bread on both sides.
