  • 1. FOR MAKING A ROLL AFTER WASHING THE CHICKEN BREAST, CUT IT
  • 2. AFTER THIS OPEN IT. ADD LEMON JUICE, RED CHILLI POWDER , SALT AND MERINATE IT FOR 5 MINUTES.
  • 3. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS OF STUFFING AND STUFF THE CHICKEN BREAST, TIE IT WITH THREAD, AND STEAM IT 10 MINUTES.
  • 4. HEAT OIL IN PAN. WHEN IT BECOMES HOT, ADD CUMIN SEED, NIGELLA SEED, SHAHI JERRA.
  • 5. AFTER CRACKLING, ADD BOTTLE GUARD PASTE [LAUKI] AND COOK IT UNTIL IT BECOME LIGHT BROWN COLOUR.
  • 6. AFTER COOKING, ADD TOMATO PUREE, GINGER GARLIC PASTE, COOK FURTHER FOR FIVE TO 7 MINUTES.
  • 7. NOW ADD CASHEWNUT, POPPY SEED, AND MELON SEED PASTE. FURTHUR COOK IT FOR 5 TO 7 MINUTES. ADD ALL DRY SPICE POWDER. COOK FURTHER FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES.
  • 8. ADD WATER AS PER GRAVY CONSISTENCY REQUIRED. NOW ADD STUFFING MIXTURES AND SALT. NOW FURTHER COOK FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES.
  • 9. NOW PUT GRAVY ON DISH ALONG WITH THE PIECE OF CHICKEN ROLL. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES DRY FENUGREEK LEAVES, CASHEWNUT AND RASINS.
  • 10. NOW “DELICIOUS STEAM CHICKEN ROLL WITH BOTTLE GOURD GRAVY“IS READY TO SERVE.
