Methods
  • 1. First cut the chicken into small pieces and wash it nicely keep it in a bowl.
  • 2. Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces and keep in a separate bowl.
  • 3. Heat the pan and pour coconut oil in it and then add chicken in it and stir it.
  • 4. After 5 mins add pineapple and then add salt,, chopped garlic chopped ginger,chopped onion and coconut sugar with it.
  • 5. Now add coconut milk and boil it for 20 minutes on low flame by covering it with a lid.
  • 6. Then remove the lid and add red chilli sauce and off the gas flame.
  • 7. Now add lemon juice and black pepper powder and serve this yummy. Tom Kha Soup, Thai Coconut Soup hot .
