Saffola Chinese Oats is very good product as what could be better than having chinese and not thinking of weight gain. The Chinese masala oats are very tangy ! Either have it separately or mix it with classic masala or veggie masala oats to get best of both worlds! Unfortunately Chinese masala oats is only available in 250gms unlike other masala oats which are available in 400gms.
Golden prize - Sardine In natural oil is a good product. Tasted like any tinned Sardines should. I live in area where fresh fish is not available so i prefer canned one. The sardines were in oil and were cut into big pieces. Taste of chilli is good.
Golden Prize - Sardine In natural oil is a good product. I usually prefer packed fishes as fresh are not available. Cold-water oily fish such as sardines are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. Indeed, the silver-scaled fish in a can are dense with nutrients.
Golden prize provides best quality of fish. The skin is on and so are the bones. You cannot tell the bones are there as they are so soft. Plus the bones add to the nutritional value, so it is a plus. In terms of flavor, the tomato sauce is mild and a distinct, but not overpowering saltiness.
Golden Prize - Tuna chunks in spring water is a good product. Tuna chunks are pretty good, I eat the one in spring water mostly but I have tried one in vegetable oil, which is equally good. Oil one has some fats so spring water one is best.
Golden prize - Tuna chunks in brine is a good product. This tuna is of good quality and very tasty. I also like the fact that it is canned in brine, instead of the usual oil which often is rancid and of inferior quality. The label says tuna CHUNKS, however, which is quite misleading. The pieces of fish are quite small and flaky.
