MDH is A-Grade spice mix. Its a different channa masala mix then i'm used to but I like it. To those that are talking about how heat, I added extra water to get a chole like consistency. I cannot wait to try the other varieties. Thanks MDH!
MDH dahi masala is a blend of several spices in an appropriate quantity. Unlike other Dahi masala's such as those by Catch or Roopak, this one has less salt which is a good thing as salt can be added according to taste.
I would definitely recommend this over other brands as well as individually mixing the items
Hing has long been used as a flavour enhancer as well as a natural medicine for appetite and this hing offering from MDH masala is a very natural one.
I am very satisfied with its flavour as it is sold as a super hing and requires have very small quantity to enhance the flavour of a large amount of Dal curry or any other dish where you wish to put hing. It is not so pungent as most other things available in the market which instead of enhanceing rather ruin the taste of the dish.
Curry powder is basically a vegetarian product but it is used to making both vegetarians and non-vegetarian dishes. it gives a combine spice flavor and spices fragrances into dishes.
I love making dishes with Paneer & this product is perfect as it saves having to mix all the spices yourself. Not available in supermarkets so happy I found it on here.
Now a days Chat masala has become very famous due to its more use at our homes because most of people like to have chatpata and spicy dishes and without this masala it is not possible. Chat masala is a mix of hot and tangy spices.
