I have been using it from past few years i really like the flavor of this spice mix. Its not too spicy nor too sweet its just the perfect blend to prepare my chhole anytime by mixing a pinch of it to my dish and the authentic , tasty chhole are ready to eat.
It is a blend of a wide range of spices, like cumin and cinnamon, coriander, cardamom, anistar, fennel and many more, which gives this blend a complex aroma and flavour.

This Catch powder is good.It has taste(of course it's spicy). Not so expensive but a quality product. I was using different brands chilly powder,but after using catch red chilly powder I have decided to purchase catch chilly powder, because the colour is bright red, very fresh chilly powder and very spicy.
Catch Chana masala is a range of excellent quality masala which improves the flavor of chole contribution it a sutle flavor. It is the major element that adds the flavour and the aroma to the dish
Its not in powder form, it has small pieces of bay leaves and other spices which you will bite into which having your biriyani. But this biriyani masala is really good and gives very nice flavor.
I have been using it since years and i personally found it a 100 percent pure spice with the original aroma,Low temperature grinding.
Just add 1 tbsp of catch dal makhani masala with other spices or flavors and you are good to go.
I would totally recommend it .
