Poha
Flattened rice is also called Poha or Atukulu or Aval or Flattened rice. Poha, as it is called in India, has relatively higher nutritional content than white rice due to the presence of the aleurone layer. Poha is very convenient and ready to use the product. Organic Poha or Flattened Rice/Aval /Atukuluhas no bleaching agent or whitening agent added to it.

Nice product
As for me, i am a die-hard lover of food and at times, Poha is the only rescue for my hungry stomach. I love it as breakfast, save it for lunch and even eat the rest for evening tea. :D

Value for money
Poha is a healthy breakfast snacks. We usually have it in breakfast or as evening snacks. I used this in making poha and poha cutlets. It is very tasty and nutritious.

ORGANIC POHA
I always buy this particular brand poha for preparing lemon Poha for breakfast. One thing, that I observed is that u can use it blindfolded. I mean to say it is that much clean.I strongly recommend this product.??
