At first take poha in a bowl. Wash it two to three times strain it a stainer and keep a side. Mash boiled potato,add all spices ,chilli,rice flour ,coriander and mix well.

Mash the poha very well and mix it very well with potato mixture..

Add salt as per your taste. Grease your palm with oil and take small part of mixture give it a shape as you want. Make the shape for all the mixture.

Heat a pan and grease with oil in high flame. Slow the flame put the poha cutlet on pan at one time 4 to 5 pieces.

When it comes to golden brown in one side turn it to the other side. When all the sides have same colour your cutlet is readdy for eat.
