Considering the range of health benefits that the oats have, I always make sure to add it to my diet in different forms like vegetable oats, sweet porridge, cheela, etc.. I have been using Bagrrys oats from a while now and I find it to be the best in the market. With no added flavors, salt, or preservatives it is an absolute good pick for people with heart conditions or diabetes.
