This is a good product. It has a balanced flavour of both hot and sour. It's really tasty and healthy as it is high in fibre and vitamin C, it is easy to digest and I highly recommend this.

Hot and sour oats
Truly a delightful combination of hot and sour with oats by Soulful. Sour taste is slightly on the higher side.I usually add some pepper or chilly powder to change it to my liking. Overall, it keeps me full and quite Tasty. Perfect for daily diet.
