Good product

Oats pepper & spices
Oats is good for health but combined with the goodness of millets makes this oats millet meal awesome for health. Millet provides a great amount of fibre, protein and also a good source of carbohydrates and nutraceuticals. While the handcrafted spice blend makes this deliciously healthy, the three minutes cook time makes it extremely convenient.

Breakfast
Probably my go to brand of oats. Its very healthy and nutritious and make with 100% whole grain oats millet. Its good for your heart and muscles. Now coming to the flavour this one in particular pepper & spice is one of my personal favourite.

Healthy
It is healthy and nutritious at the same time is very delicious. It is rich in protein and fiber. Overall an amazing product which is fulfilling. It can be eaten as breakfast and in the evening as well. Worth trying.
