Perfect fluffy rotis
Hi friends hope all doing well i know winters are triggering and so we all love to get warmth from food we eat daily today i m going to review one of my current favourite my must have kitchen food fortune chakki aata i simply fell in love with it for the first time i used i just bought it from grocery shop hoping it will b okay types as usual ashirvad atta is but to my surprise it made by day and till today relationship is on with fortune aata.its adani wilmar product it comes in various packing sizes 1 kg,5kg,10 kg etc i now regularly buy 10 kg packet which cost me around 370/- inr which is fair enough deal and when they introduced i got along with it 500 gm rice sample which was again cherry on cake.it says 0%maida and its upto its claim totally.rotis are so soft and u can smell it so nicely like wheat farms as if previously i was using ashirvad but now m in totally impressed with this fortune atta do try it frdz.well balanced fluffy soft smooth rotis are prepared so enjoy.as fortune is well known brand inhope they maintain this quality in atta for ever.i also recommed their cooking oils.which i will review next soon.

Ashirwad chalki ata
When we make chapaties by using chakki ata it turns out to be very soft, and tastes much better then other flour. I recommend for this and the packaging is really amazing. I love ashirwad chakki fresh ata

Expected more
Expected something better from fortune. After kneading if you keep it for some time then it becomes difficult to roll chapati it becomes like rubber.

The product is legit great !
The project has lesser flaws !! One good product from fortune. The texture is kinda good except the packaging as it has the use of plastic !!

Usage Tip:
• Do not add excess water it goes good with less water and oil also

Flour
Honestly I think that it's not like other packages attas which are mixed with refined flour and have elasticity. It is the pure one and I really prefer this product instead of any adulterated product.

Chakki fresh atta
After using for 2-3 days we realised that it tastes no less than our regular one. Inspite the dough is kept in refrigerator for 7-8 hours, chapatis are always fresh, soft, fluffy and white .I highly recommend everyone to use this once. It is actually a boon for working class families...

Atta
The atta is amazing it has a good packing which is also travel friendly. It gives exact taste that the freshly ground atta gives. It can also be used in making pizza buns breads and off course roti.

Me and my family mostly prefer homemade simple food since its good for tummy and pocket too.Whole wheat roti or atta roti is really good for health due to its fiber contents and other nutritional value but purchasing gehu n then visiting a chakki etc is very tiresome .But now you don't have to worry about this because fortune Chakki Fresh Atta will cater to all your needs.Its available in 5 kg pack.Shelf life is 3 monts.Cost wise reasonable .Now you can make super soft atta roti at home to remain healthy n active .

Fortune - Chakki fresh aata
During the high time of lockdown,u unwillingly I had buy the 5 kg pack of fortune chakki fresh aata .After using for 2-3 days we realised that it tastes no less than our regular one. But for the very first time I baked simple vanilla cake by using this aata. To my surprise,my cake come out very fluffy and porous with a very nice texture. I highly recommend everyone to use this once. It is actually a boon for working class families. In my family we never purchase readymade atta....... actually my mother doesn't like the readymade one.Inspite the dough is kept in refrigerator for 7-8 hours,chapatis are always fresh,soft,fluffy and white.

Tastes good
This atta is very good in quality and taste. The chapati stays soft and fresh even after a few hours. Absorbs good amount of water while kneading which proves that it is of a very good quality. After kneading the dough stays fresh even on the second day when refrigerated.
