Mackerel in brine & oil
Golden crown mackerel in brine and natural oil is ready to eat mackerel fish.Mackerel can be baked, broiled, pan fried, poached, and grilled. Mackerel cooks fast and easily. Mackerel can be used along with other combinations to add to its taste. The oil content is a little too high and the salt content in it is also high.
