IPSHITA
I recently brought a small pack of these dates. It tastes as good as a fresh pack of dates. The packaging makes it easy to store. I personally prefer to store dates at refrigeration temperatures as it lasts longer and remains fresh.

Great product
Dates might look like humble fruits, but they are packed with nutrition and have a lot of health benefits. Additionally, they are high in fibre which is good in clearing the intestinal tract. So, they clearly qualify to be called a superfood. Amazing health benefits.

Dates are a good source of antioxidants, mainly carotenoids and phenolics. Date seeds contain higher protein (5.1 g/100 g) and fat (9.0 g/100 g) as compared to the flesh. It is also high in dietary fiber (73.1 g/100 g), phenolics (3942 mg/100 g) and antioxidants (80400 micromol/100 g). One should fonsume date once a day with 1 glass of milk . The packing is nice and travel friendly also the taste is amazing

Best dates
Always available at all places,freshly at reasonable prices I use it in making smoothies,sweets,cakes,parathas,puranpolis etc.i eat it just during breakfasts in morning too with ghee

Perfect dates

I have recently got my hands on this product. Taste is very nice and fresh. Dates are very soft and of good quality. Highly recommended.
