Good product.
I usually tend to choose Mother Dairy's Ultimate Dahi as i find its quality excellent in terms of taste and texture.It is rich and creamy like hung curd and very smooth.I love using it in my marinades and curries.I also eat it plain with honey for dessert and it tastes great.

Smooth Curd
Mother dairy curd is smooth in texture and gives the appearance of hung curd. the water content is less and is perfect to make Lassi. I use this curd to make Lassi, Cake Base and in many Punjabi gravy. The taste is quite neutral and hence use it for any recipe and the curd will adapt the taste. Even raitas are perfect with this dahi. the packaging is also perfect you can easily open it and use it.

Mother Dairy Ultimate Dahi
I am a working woman i do not have much time to make yogurt at.home.Mother Dairy Ultimate Dahi is like milky ice cream type dahi which is love to eat every time a day. No making junjat.

More creamy and tasty
My first attraction towards this product was due to the packaging. The idea of using a colourful Matka on a white container was very eye-catchy. Just like other mother dairy dahi varieties, this was also very well set but the difference was that this dahi was more creamy with a mild flavour. In fact, I used a small amount of this as a culture for making dahi at home and it tasted just amazing.

This product is a little bit more concentrated than the other ones. It has a better shelf life, so it can be used for a few days. If you are using it for a gravy you should dilute it first.

A nice product
Ultimate Dahi by Mother Dairy has a very eye catching packaging due tocolourful matkas on white background. It is more concentrated than the classic dahi by the same brand.

Nice product
It is very very healthy. It contains healthy bacteria which helps to keep our digestive system fit. It cures lactose intolerance and acidity. Really useful product.

Ultimate dahi
Mother Dairy-ultimate Dahi, Rich and creamy is a very good product. It is best for making you chach or lassi everyday. It has high amounts of digest able fats.

Nicely packaged
More than its rich and tasty flavour it has a beautiful packaging. It is a healthy product and has high nutritional value. It is easily available and worth giving a try. Tastes well if eaten chilled.

Good Quality
Over all I'll rate this Dahi as excellent because it has a good consistency.Its thick and can easily be eaten without adding any condiments. This dahi stays fresh for a longer period of time even after opening the pack.It does not turn sour or gets spoilt. Though I would recommend checking the package date and then buy the product to the closest date. Have been using this dahi to make shreekand, in my eggless cakes, in gravies and have always had good results. What I have noticed is this dahi has less water content so makes it ideal cooking partner. I have even tried making dahi out of it and have had good results with tht too. I will definitely recommend this brand to my family n friends.

Usage Tip:
• Shreekand, Hungcurd sandwiches, in sauces

My favorite
One of my favourite product. Extremely rich, creamy ,yummy good for making shrikhand , parfrait or any thing which needs hung curd . Love the taste texture everything.

Nice one
I generally don't like market dahi I always make it at home but Mother dairy dahi is different.It's rich in texture, creamy and not that kind of sour like other dahi. It's easily available at market...love it
