Not up to the mark
Too much water present in this paste. I use Mother's Recipe ginger-garlic paste. and this is not even comparable to it. Too much water adds to the weight of the product too, and ultimately you end up paying more.

Not bad
This product is not bad and tastes just fine. But i don't see the need for this, it is not reasonable to buy a product that you can easily make at home.

Ginger Paste
Neo ginger paste is the best substitute to the traditional ginger home made paste. It has the flavor and aroma of fresh ginger. Just add some to your food and it gives the taste. The packing is great and is cost efficient.
