Ingredients For Aalu Gobhi ki sabji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and cut vegetables.
  • 2. Heat oil in a vessel, add cumin seeds, when cumin seeds turn brown, add ginger, garlic, onion and curry leaves, fry it well on medium flame.
  • 3. Now add chopped gobhi and potatoes to it, mix it well and cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • 4. When the potatoes and cauliflower are cooked, then mix all the dry spices in it and stir it well. Add one to two teaspoons of water if required.
  • 5. Switch off the gas and take out the vegetable in a serving bowl and garnish it with green coriander leaves.
