Ingredients For Achari Paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions roast well. Add ginger garlic paste and sautĂ© it. Pour the tomato Puree sautĂ© it , until brown.
  • 2. Lower the flame and add the mango pickle masala and roughly chopped capsicum. Mix it well nice aroma comes out.
  • 3. Now Add red chilli powder turmeric powder and salt.
  • 4. Add Curd in the masala. Cook it till oil starts separating. Add the cubed Paneer. Mix everything well. Now add half cup water.
  • 5. Cover and cook until the gravy thickens.
  • 6. Turn off the flame.
  • 7. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
