Ingredients For Amrakhand / Mango Shrikhand Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Hand fresh curd in muslin cloth for 2-4 hours to remove it's excess water.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl take hung curd, sugar , mango pulp and cream.
  • 3. Mix well continuously till sugar melts.
  • 4. Refrigerate the mix.
  • 5. Garnish with some fresh mango pieces and serve chilled.
  • 6. Enjoy endlessly.
