In a blender , add 1/4 cup brown sugar . Add the frozen apricots . Add 3 large frozen bananas . Add yogurt . Blend all together to a smooth thick cream. Add pistachios and whipping cream and give a quick pulse .

Transfer the creamy content to one freezer safe container . Freeze the ice cream for 3 hours without disturbing . Take the ice cream container out of the freezer and keep it out for 3 minutes .
