First of all you need to soak bajra for 10 minutes. After straining Water Crush bajra in a mortar by using pestle just enough to remove the husk or outer layer of bajra.

Keep bajra into a big plate and blow on them to remove the husk From it.

In a cooker put bajra and water and let it cook for 3-4 whistles. After 3-4 whistle off the flame.

After releasing the steam open the lid and add milk and sugar into it. Mix and cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat. Add cardamom powder and some chopped nuts and mix.

Remove from heat and serve hot baajre ki kheer garnish with some chopped almond and pistachios.
