Methods

How to make Banana Burfi Recipe

1. Banana , flour, cardamom powder, add in mixer jaar,
2. If required add milk and jaggery powder,
3. In ghee, roast banana batter, cook til it become thik,
4. Add jaggery powder and cook for 5 minute,
5. Add half dryfruits, cover and let it rest for 5 minute,
6. After 5 min place this banana mix in a plate,
7. After 30 min, cut in squre or your choice of shape,
8. Decorate with dryfruits.
