Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. Add grated beetroot and saute on low flame. for 5mins till it turns soft.
  • 2. Add milk in it and cook until it reduce to 2/3 in quantity.
  • 3. Add khoa and sugar in it and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • 4. Switch off the flame, take out in serving bowl.
  • 5. Sprinkle some khoa on top and serve hot.
