First of all soak the chana dal for at least 3hr

Now wash and grind it without adding water

Now add all masalas and salt in it On the other hand take wheat flour in a bowl add salt and ajwain in it and knead it with water

Now take a big vessel add water and boil it , here we make small chapati and fill dal masala in it and seal it from all sides and put this In water

Prepare all like this and boil it till it cook , now took out and cut it into pieces and then In other kadai add oil then add Rai till it spullter then add garlic and bhakose and all masala like redchily pd amchoor pd etc and serve it with green chutney
