Ingredients For Brown Rice Flour Veggie Uttapam Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take all chopped veggies in a mixing bowl. Add curd and spices.
  • 2. Now add brown rice flour, suji and salt.
  • 3. Add water and mix well to make a semi thick batter.
  • 4. Now add baking soda and mix well.
  • 5. Heat 1 tsp oil in an uttapam pan.Pour a ladle full batter in pan.
  • 6. Cook from both sides till golden brown in colour.
  • 7. Enjoy these healthy Uttapams as breakfast or give it to your kiddo's tiffin.
