Take kulchas for flat and thick bread. If they are thick cut them half and if they are thin take two of them.

In a bowl mix 4 tbsp of mayonnaise with 1 tbsp schezwan sauce.

Apply this spread on both the sides of kulchas.

In another bowl mix chopped onions, capsicum, cabbage along with 2 tbsp of pizza seasoning. Add this mixture on the base side of kulcha

Grate paneer or cut it in very small cubes and place them on top veggies. Lastly finish with grated cheese.

In the veggies you can add mushrooms, olives and jalapeños. It's on your preferences

Close the sandwich. Grease the top of kulcha with butter amd place it in an otg for 10 mins/ Keep a tawa on low flame grease it with butter and cook the burger pizza carefully not disintegrating the ingredients inside.

You can also use oil or garlic and herb butter. Again it's your preference

Serve hot. Once done sprinkle coriander/oregano on top for a better appearance.
