Make a paste of half cup mint, half cup coriander leaves to green chilli one teaspoon sugar in a mixing jar.

Add 200 grams curd, two teaspoon of black salt powder, two teaspoon of black pepper powder, three teaspoon jaljeera powder, 2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder with the paste.

Finally blend it with ice cube .Burhani is ready to serve.
