Cheesy corn sunflower paratha recipe

My mum use to make various kind of paratha, so i m dedicating this recipe to my mum as well as my kids, unique paratha filled with corn ,veggies and cheese.

U can roast without butter too for healthier version instead use ghee but it is tasteir version

Ingredients For Cheesy corn sunflower paratha recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat butter in a pan, saute onion till soften, add chopped capsicum and shredded cabbage, add chilli flakes, black pepper, oregano, mix well.
  • 2. Add boiled corn and salt mix well, cook till mixes well, add 1/2 cup cheese and keep aside.
  • 3. Knead a soft dough in a bowl with wheat flour and salt ,let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Take small portion from dough, roll it and fill corn filling, again cover and roll.
  • 5. Heat tava with butter add paratha and roast till done both sides, now for serving cut paratha evenly on each side, open it's part and again fill remaining half cup cheese.
  • 6. Again heat tava and put paratha on it, cover the lid for few seconds till cheese melts. Serve with chutney.
