Ingredients For Chilli paneer parcel recipe

Methods
  • 1. Making the stuffing. Heat oil.Fry capsicum, onion, tomato till tender.
  • 2. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, fry till water released from tomatoes evaporates.
  • 3. Add paneer and stir for 2 min. Add pizza mix. mix well.Turn off heat
  • 4. Making the dough. Make puree of ridge gourd adding water.
  • 5. Mix together wheat flour, semolina, jaggery, yeast, salt in a mixing bowl. Add ridge gourd puree. Mix well.
  • 6. Add more water as required and make a soft dough.Add 2 tbsp oil.
  • 7. Knead for 8 to 10 min.Tuck and rest till it rises to double.
  • 8. Punch down the dough. Knead once & devide into small portions. Roll each into circles.
  • 9. Spread little sauce on each. Spread each portion, place stuffing in the centre.
  • 10. Fold by bringing together 3 sides. Arrange on a baking tray.
  • 11. Let rise again. Bake at 180°c for 20 to 30 min
