Mix soya granules, boiled potato, egg, salt, besan, green chilli, coriander leaves, haldi powder and make koftas

Deep fry and set aside.

In a separate pan, heat oil and saute garlic, onion , capsicum. Next add the sauce and check seasoning. Add cornflour mixed in water and the koftas to coat with gravy. Add pepper powder and spring onion. Serve hot.
