To make Coconut Cashew Cookies, beat the ghee and sugar powder until creamy and fluffy.

Make a soft dough by adding all purpose flour, coconut powder, chopped cashew nuts, milk powder, cardamom, baking powder and baking soda. Prepare medium sized balls. Dip the cookies in milk and coat with coconut powder and garnish with Gulkand.

Place cookies on a baking tray. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Bake the Coconut Cashew Cookies in the oven at 180°c for 20 -25 minutes till they turn crispy brown. Store Coconut Cookies in an air tight container.
