Soak chana dal and urad dal for 4-5 hour or overnight. After soaking blend dals in blender and make fine paste.

In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil.add ginger- green chilli and hing.add saunf and crackled.add red chilly powder and mix.After that add blended dals and mix.

Mix everything well on medium flame and cook for 2 minutes till the mixture turn thick.Remove from heat and let the mixture cool .

In a bowl, add rice flour and 1/2 tsp salt and add warm water little by little. Gently mix rice flour. Knead it well with the hands. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.

In a pan, boil 4-5 glass water. Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp oil.

For make fare take a small portion of rice flour dough. Flat on your palm and fill with some dal mixture.

Gently close the fare with fingers and make cylindrical shape or guzia shape.it depends on your choice. Make all fare like this. Transfer all prepared fare in boiling water.

In between 2-3 minutes these fare will come on surface and float. This time take them out from boiling water and keep it in a plate.
9.
Let the fare cool down and cut in in small pieces. serve with imli ki chutney or coriander leaves chutney.
