How to make DALIA (split wheat) WITH BIRYANI MASALA RECIPE

Dry roast the Dalia . Keep aside.

In a pressure cooker heat oil. Add cumin seeds , cinnamon stick and cloves . When cumin turns brown add onion , saute it until it turns golden brown.

Add tomato in it. Cook on low medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add paneer in it . Mix gently. Add curd , mix it , and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5.
Add roasted Dalia, biryani masala, salt , cumin powder and black pepper in it.
6.
Mix it well. Add 2 bowl water. Close the lid. Pressure cook it for 1 whistle.
7.
Turn of the flame . Transfer it in a serving plate. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
