Firstly washed dhaliya and Green Mung dal Soaked for 2hour..

After 2hours Drain water and mashed dhaliya and dal.

Now add boiled mashed potatoes, Salt, Ginger and green chili chopped, black pepper, masala e magic,corn flour ,Green coriander mix well

Tack small size balls with mishren Make cutlet shaped in it

Tack pan heat on it add butter and put on cutlets shallow fry both side till crispy..ready all cutlets this type.. And serve with catch-up or green chutney.
