Ingredients For Dhaliya Cutlet Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly washed dhaliya and Green Mung dal Soaked for 2hour..
  • 2. After 2hours Drain water and mashed dhaliya and dal.
  • 3. Now add boiled mashed potatoes, Salt, Ginger and green chili chopped, black pepper, masala e magic,corn flour ,Green coriander mix well
  • 4. Tack small size balls with mishren Make cutlet shaped in it
  • 5. Tack pan heat on it add butter and put on cutlets shallow fry both side till crispy..ready all cutlets this type.. And serve with catch-up or green chutney.
