Methods
  • 1. Weigh all the ingredients properly and mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast together.
  • 2. Add water and knead it well this will result in a dough.
  • 3. Add oil to the dough and knead again to incorporate the oil within.
  • 4. Keep the dough for proofing for about 30 mins.
  • 5. Punch the dough to remove excess air and shape it like a pizza base.
  • 6. Add olives, rosemary, basil, onions and garlic on the top.
  • 7. Sprinkle the rock salt over the topping and keep it in the oven.
  • 8. Bake the bread at 220⁰ C for about 10 mins.
