  • 1. 1 . Wet Mix Measure Ghee , cultured buttermilk , vanilla extract , instant coffee and mix all the ingredients .
  • 2. 2. Dry Mix Mix All Purpose Flour , Whole wheat Flour , Cocoa Powder , Jaggery powder, pinch of salt , baking soda .
  • 3. 3. Sieve 3 times all the dry ingredients to incorporate air
  • 4. 4. Then mix all the dry and wet ingredients by cut and fold method .
  • 5. 5. Line the parchment paper .
  • 6. 6. And pour all the mixture into tin 6' inch.
  • 7. 7. Then cook it for 30 mins.
