Ingredients For Galawati Kidney Kebab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first, discard the sides of the bread and tear the inner part of the bread into small pieces.
  • 2. Now, make a smooth paste out of boiled red rajma, bread pieces, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly, amchur powder, roasted cumin powder, kashmiri red chilly powder, egg, sugar, pudina leaves, coriander leaves, mango ginger.
  • 3. Now add and mix food color, salt and roasted Bengal gram flour as required to make small balls out of it.
  • 4. Greese your palms with ghee and make desired shapes from the balls.
  • 5.  Now brush ghee in a non stick frying pan and shallow fry the kebabs from both sides very carefully. It is now ready to serve.
