Add coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and Kashmiri mirch powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well. Add tomato paste and stir until oil leaves the pan.

Add tomato sauce and salt and mix well. Now add one cup of water and bring to boil, once boiled add paneer cubes and garam masala powder and cook for five mins. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with steamed rice.
