Ingredients For Gujarati dabka kadhi

Methods
  • 1. In a pan mix butter milk and 4 tbsp besan ka atta with mathni
  • 2. Then add salt and turmeric powder to it
  • 3. Add methi dana,green chillies and ginger paste to it
  • 4. Mix all with spoon
  • 5. Then do the tempering on it with oil ,cumin seeds ,mustard seeds,hing,curry leaves
  • 6. Now heat this pan boil kadhi on low flame,stir it
  • 7. Means while make dabka by in a bowl take remaing besan ka atta,add 3 tbsp oil to it,ajwain ,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,baking soda mix all well,add water as needed around 3-4 tbsp
  • 8. Mix all well
  • 9. Now in boiling kadhi put bhajiyas of this prepared batter with ur hand and add them one by one
  • 10. Once these bhajiyas float up in kadhi they are cooked
  • 11. Now add chopped coriander ,mix well,serve this kadhi with rice roti
