Ingredients For Hari Moong Dal Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak dal for 10 minutes. Add dal, salt, turmeric and double water in pressure cooker. Give it 4-5 whistles.
  • 2. Take a tadka pan heat oil . Add cumin, when it starts cracking add chilli, curry leaves, onion and ginger . Cook it for 4-5 minutes.
  • 3. Add chopped tomatoes and spices. Saute it .
  • 4. Add this tempering in cooked dal . Add hot water to adjust consistency.
  • 5. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
