Ingredients For Indore Hot Dog Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Then add cumin and ginger, all the hole spices. Then add tomato and onion garlic.
  • 2. Then put onions and tomatoes in the mixer jar, and grind them. Put the grated tomatoes in the pan. And let it be for 2-5 minutes. Then add all the spices.
  • 3. And add boiled chickpeas. Ready chole. To make Tikki - Grate the potatoes. Then add all the spices and arrowroot.
  • 4. Then make tikki. And heat the tawa, and add oil and cook it well from both the sides.
  • 5. Then cut the lady pav in the middle. Apply sweet chutney and green chutney on one side. And keep one side tikki.
  • 6. Then place onions on top and add chickpeas. Then add sev and jeerawan from above. And bake it with butter.
  • 7. Indore hot dogs are ready.
