Mix maida, rice flour, soda, curd, water. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Mean while prepare sugar syrup. Add 1 glass of sugar. 1/2 glass of water. Boil it until it gets bubbles. Pour the batter in jalebi making instrument. Heat oil. Now put the flame in low. Make jalebi by using jalebi making instrument. Fry until light golden brown.

Dip in sugar syrup.Step 5Now take it into a plate and serve hot and yummy jalebi.
