Ingredients For Kesar badam barfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak almonds in hot water. And mix saffron in hot milk.
  • 2. Prepare a smooth paste by adding almonds, saffron and milk as required in a blender jar.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a kadhai, add almond paste. Add sugar powder and fry till it becomes firm by stirring continuously.
  • 4. When the mixture becomes thick, cool it in a plate. And grease the butter paper with ghee.
  • 5. Roll out using a rolling pin. Sprinkle the almond slices. And keep it for 10-15 minutes to set. Badam katli is ready. Prepare in desired shape.
  • 6. Serve delicious Kesar Badam Barfi/Katli in a serving plate.
