Leftover khane ka magic - magical kababs Recipe

Presenting no oil magical kababs- a veg delicacy, so easy to cook, all with just few leftover items at home. You can air dry or simply roast these magical kababs- on nonstick tava, and voila ! They are ready to be eaten up as it is! Serve with mint chutney or sauce, as you like it ! Spice it up with your choice of spices - kababs are a lucknawi delicacy or Awadhi delicacy. Being in Lucknow, I love the Awadhi flavours :) use any leftover veges, boiled Dal, rice, bread crumbs, etc to make this wonderful vegeterian snack! Let's begin. Note - my recipe and ingredients is my version. The versatility of this dish is that you can use any leftover veges available. No tension, just happy cooking!

Recipe Notes

Don't make the dough or mix too wet or too dry. It should be of non sticky consistency. We all have Dal, rice, boiled veges as leftovers. Roast on low-medium flame till slightly dark brown.
